Operational data · Freight brokers

DATA DESK

Your records, licensed. You get paid.

AI labs buy real operational records to train their models, and they pay for them. A freight brokerage produces those records every day: exception threads, carrier onboarding, quotes, claims. We represent your company to the buyers, remove every name and rate before a row leaves, and negotiate the deal. You approve every file. You pay nothing up front.

We are paid only when you are paid.

De-identification

Every name, rate, carrier contact, driver file and GPS trace is removed before a buyer sees a row.

The paper

The representation agreement, the buyer’s license and a payment direction letter, so your share arrives directly.

Your approval

You see every sample and every deal before it goes out. Nothing leaves without your yes.

USD · 30% of buyer payments · 36 months from the first payment Exclusive for 12 months. Non-circumvention for 24.

How the money moves

Where the buyer agrees, it pays your 70% to you and our 30% to us directly. Where it does not, you receive the whole payment and pay our share within five business days of receipt.

Everything stays yours: the records, the customers, the contracts, the right to say no. We run the deal: the buyers, the de-identification, the paper, the collections. A data desk, plug and play.

Every dollar, in the open.

An entirely independent desk. The fee is 30% of every payment a buyer we bring you makes, for 36 months from the first payment. Nothing up front, and nothing if no deal closes. On $100 of buyer payments you keep $70, before your own costs. There is no retainer. Being paid out of money that arrived, not before, is what keeps every incentive on your side of the table.

The anatomy of a buyer payment

One payment.
Two shares.

Split at the buyer

With a payment direction letter the buyer pays each share to its owner. You never hold our money and we never hold yours.

Paid to you first

Where a buyer pays one party, it pays you. Our 30% is due within five business days of receipt, on the statement you have already seen.

Your 70 never moves.

30% The fee, fixed On every covered payment for 36 months. You keep the other 70 and can plan on it.
What a deal looks like

A sample. A price. A license.

A $250,000 license, your share$175,00070% of every payment, for the life of the deal.

Buyers pay for real work, not synthetic data. The records a 35-person brokerage produces in a quarter are exactly what they cannot generate themselves.

The buyers de-identify again on their side. Your names, rates and carriers are removed before a row leaves you, and the buyers remove anything that slips through.

Built to keep your margin whole. Nothing here touches a load, a customer or a carrier relationship.

What never leaves

The exclusion schedule, yours to write.

0Shipper and consignee names in any file
0Rates, margins, carrier contacts, driver files
0GPS traces and live tracking
You approveEvery fileEvery sample and every deal, before it goes out.

Schedule A of the agreement lists what is never included. You write it, we honor it, and a buyer that asks for an excluded item is told no on your behalf. The agreement ends if nothing closes, and every record and every right stays with you.

You are the biggest winner on every deal, by design.

The Data Engine

Input

You supply the records

You bring the records. We bring the buyers. Your part is a read-only export and a yes on each file. Ours is everything else: the de-identification, the buyer conversations, the paper, the collections.

Market

We take it to the buyers

One cold email to a lab is a lottery ticket. A represented company with clean, de-identified samples is a listing: the buyers come to it. They compete for your records. You are not chasing them.

Output

You get paid

Payments run for the life of the license. Many licenses renew or expand to the next quarter’s records. Your share compounds as the buyers come back.

04 / 07

What leaves, what never leaves.

The buyers want the shape of the work: how an exception is handled, how a carrier is onboarded, how a quote is built. They do not need, and never receive, who your customers and carriers are or what you charge.

Leaves, with every name removed

Exception and escalation threads

Late pickup, missed delivery, detention, reroute, claims: the type, the lane as a state pair, the days late, the resolution path.

Onboarding and quoting workflows

Carrier setup and packet steps, rate-request handling and quote structure, with rates and margins removed.

Notes, SOPs and templates

Dispatch notes, check-call logs, standard procedures and the documents your team actually works from.

Never leaves

Shipper, consignee and customer names

No customer is identifiable in any file, and no join key that could rebuild one.

Rates, margins, carrier contacts, driver files

Your pricing and your relationships are not the product and are never in the package.

GPS traces and live tracking

No location history, no tracking feeds, no device data.

You write the exclusion schedule. You approve every sample. A human reads the rows and a script scans for names, phones, emails and load numbers before anything is sent.

Getting started

How it goes
Call 1

15 minutes

We tell you what the buyers want, what your records are worth in that market and whether your company fits. Nobody signs on this call.

Call 2

The paper, 30 minutes

You sign the representation agreement and write your exclusion schedule. We take a 500-record sample, names removed, to three buyers within the week. The first 30 days run as below.

Nothing to prepare. If you know roughly how many loads you move a month and what systems you run, bring that. If not, we work it out on the call. Book the 15-minute call
Your representative

You work directly with the owner, Michael, from the first call through every payment. He knows your records and your buyers. Everything you need, one message away.

Questions before the call

Is this a fit for our brokerage?

We work with independent US freight brokers and 3PLs with roughly 10 to 60 people, three or more years of authority and a working TMS. On the call we look at your volume, your systems and what you are willing to license, and say plainly whether a buyer will pay for it.

What does it cost?

Nothing up front. We are paid 30% of every payment a buyer we bring you makes, for 36 months from the first payment. On $100 you keep $70. If no deal closes, you owe nothing.

What exactly leaves our company?

De-identified workflow records and documents: exception threads, carrier onboarding, quoting, claims, dispatch notes, SOPs. Every shipper and customer name, rate, carrier contact, driver identity and GPS trace is removed before a buyer sees a row. You write the exclusion schedule and approve every sample.

Who are the buyers?

AI labs and the companies that supply them with training and evaluation data. They pay for real operational work because they cannot generate it, and several name logistics on their own pages. We bring each deal to you with the buyer’s name, price and terms before you sign anything.

How do we get paid?

Under the license you sign with the buyer. Where the buyer agrees, a payment direction letter pays your 70% to you and our 30% to us directly. Where it does not, the buyer pays you and our share is due within five business days. Every payment is on paper you have read.

What if no buyer wants it?

Then nobody pays anybody. The agreement is exclusive for 12 months so we can work the buyers properly, and it ends if nothing closes. You keep every record and every right.

Is this legal and safe?

Your customer contracts and carrier agreements decide what you can license, which is why you write the exclusion schedule and approve every file. The buyers sign a license that limits use to model training and evaluation and forbids re-identification. Nothing here is personal data about consumers.

What happens on the call?

15 minutes. We tell you what the buyers are paying for, what your records are worth in that market and whether your company fits. There is nothing to buy on this call. If we both want to go on, the next step is the paper.
